Sui Overflow 2026 is done. 747 projects were submitted from 58 countries over 6 weeks of building, and 26 teams came out on top. 16 track winners across the Agentic Web, DeFi & Payments, Walrus, and DeepBook, plus 10 University Award recipients.

One thing runs through all four tracks this year. Teams didn't build more things for people to click. They built things for software to call, and for money to move without anyone watching it happen: wallets that spend inside limits you set once, middleware that dry-runs an agent's transaction before it signs, memory an agent can prove it was allowed to read, merchant terminals that settle in stablecoins in under a second. Less about new primitives, more about making the ones Sui already has safe to hand to an autonomous system.

Here are the winners per track:

The Agentic Web

Projects in this track built the infrastructure for AI agents that hold funds, call protocols, and act on their own.

First place

Sup Wallet

@Sup_Wallet is a self-custodial wallet on Sui that lets an AI agent research, trade, pay, and settle inside limits you set once. The agent never holds your private key.

Second place

Sprout

Sprout is an intent execution engine. Describe an outcome in plain English and Sprout composes every swap, split, and deposit it requires into a single atomic, sponsored transaction you review before signing.

Third place

Rill

Rill makes any Sui protocol usable by AI agents, turning apps built for humans clicking through interfaces into machine-readable ones agents can discover and call.

Fourth place

Aether

Aether is a machine execution layer for physical AI. Agents discover hardware capabilities, pay for actions, dispatch commands to ESP32, Jetson, and robotic endpoints, and receive verifiable execution proofs.

DeFi & Payments

This track took on the last mile of payments: merchants, cross-border settlement, and dollar accounts that ordinary people can use.
First place is sponsored by OpenZeppelin, third place by OtterSec.

First place

Quay

Quay lets web2 merchants accept crypto without learning about crypto. A customer scans the QR code the merchant already uses, pays in whatever token they hold, and the merchant is paid in USDsui. Live in Singapore now.

Second place

Talise

Talise is a gasless dollar account on Sui. Sign in with Google, hold dollars, and send them to a name rather than a wallet address, settling on-chain in under a second.

Third place

Brisk

Brisk is a decentralized tap-to-pay point of sale. A customer taps their phone to a merchant terminal and pays the exact amount in USDC with no gas and no card fees, while idle balances earn yield in a one-tap vault.

Fourth place

Splash

Splash is a B2B cross-border payment and treasury network that runs a business invoice end to end, from verification and approval through stablecoin settlement, local payout, and audit proof, as one programmable workflow.

Walrus

Walrus is Sui's programmable storage layer. Teams here used it to make ownership and agent behavior verifiable: files you can prove are yours, and agent runs you can audit after the fact.

First place

Kraterion

Kraterion is S3-compatible object storage you actually own, with knowledge bases, agents, and tamper-evident agent runs on top. Files are yours on-chain, and the platform’s access is a permission you can revoke in a single transaction.

Second place

Deploy by Suize

Deploy pushes a website to the decentralized web in one call. Sites upload to Walrus, are anchored on-chain, and every byte served is re-hashed against its on-chain hash.

Third place

Carry

Carry is proof-carrying memory for AI agents. It checks whether an agent may access a namespace before the model sees anything, and makes memory-based answers provable.

Fourth place

Praxis

Praxis is security middleware between AI agents and their wallets. It dry-runs every agent spend on Sui, risk-scores and gates it, and writes every decision, including blocks, to Walrus with an on-chain receipt.

DeepBook

DeepBook is Sui's native order book, and DeepBook Predict is its prediction-market layer. Entries here built the consumer and institutional interfaces on top of it.

First place

PIPS

PIPS is a 3D virtual console that turns trading into something you play with one hand on your phone, with customizable devices in place of candles and order books.

Second place

Yosuku

Yosuku is the consumer layer for DeepBook Predict, with prediction directly from X, leverage, private trading, and agent strategies, on web and native iOS and Android apps.

Third place

Skew

Skew renders the live 3D volatility surface DeepBook Predict prices against and lets you click any point on it to mint that exact bet in one transaction.

Fourth place

Flicky

Flicky turns prediction markets into a head-to-head game. Two players swipe YES or NO through a deck of real markets, and whoever reads them better across all cards takes the pot.

University Awards

We’re also recognizing 10 verified student teams.

AgentOS

A Sui-native identity layer for AI agents, with passports, verifiable skills, scoped delegation, and manifests stored on Walrus.

Azimuth

A decentralized satellite ground-station network. Low-cost stations capture live satellite imagery, prove every reception on Sui, and store every byte on Walrus.

CallIt

A consumer app on DeepBook Predict combining a pro trading terminal, an arena where creators bond capital behind public calls, and a pool that earns fees from the flow.

ContextMeM

Scrapes web content into durable, recallable agent memory on Walrus, so the same pages are not re-fetched and re-cleaned on every run.

Guardian

A protection layer for DeepBook Margin that watches your real risk ratio, which decays from interest even on a flat day, and deleverages before you cross the liquidation line.

PayPerCard

Turns Sui USDC into controlled virtual spending power for AI agents, issuing merchant-locked virtual cards against an on-chain settled payment.

Paystreamer

An on-chain plugin for recurring payments that avoids both manual re-signing every 30 days and locking large sums in escrow.

Pelagos

A suite of structured products on DeepBook Predict: distribution markets, volatility, range strips, principal-protected notes, and baskets and tranches, all collateralized in USDC.

SVX

A fully automated cross-venue volatility arbitrage bot on DeepBook Predict, hosted natively on Sui via Walrus Sites and SuiNS.

TALOS

Autonomous stablecoin yield management run by two agents behind an on-chain guardrail the executor cannot break.

Thank you to our sponsors

Sui Overflow 2026 ran on the support of sponsors who each backed a specific part of the competition.

Walrus : Walrus track. Walrus wrote the problem statement and funded every prize behind it. Teams answered: it became the most-entered track of the hackathon.

DeepBook: DeepBook track. DeepBook funded every prize in its track, and DeepBook Predict became the base layer for sixteen of this year's submissions.

OpenZeppelin: 1st Prize Sponsor, DeFi & Payments.

OtterSec: 3rd Prize Sponsor, DeFi & Payments.

Scallop:  University Award Sponsor, backing the ten student teams recognized this year.

Congratulations to every winner, and to everyone who built, tested, submitted, and contributed to Sui Overflow 2026. We can’t wait to see where these teams take their projects next.
