Sui Basecamp 2025 will take place on May 1–2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The event’s venue, the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City, is located in the Festival City area in Dubai.

How much does a pass to Sui Basecamp cost?

The full price of a standard pass is $299 USD. An early bird price of $99 USD is available from February 4 to March 3, and a discounted price of $149 USD is available from March 4 to April 8.

What’s included with a standard pass for Sui Basecamp?

A standard pass grants you access to both days of the event (May 1–2, 2025), including all key presentations, insights from industry leaders, programming, workshops, networking opportunities, and the official evening events.

Where can I find my event ticket(s)?

Your event ticket(s) will be sent to your registered email address as soon as you register. If you cannot find it, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you.

Are there press attendance passes?

How do I pick up my badge for the event?

Badge pick up will be available starting on Wednesday, April 30, 2025—exact hours will be posted as we get closer to the event. Please bring your email confirmation and a government-issued ID to the event registration counter at Sui Basecamp to receive your badge. Note that you can only collect your own badge; you cannot pick up a badge for someone else.

Do I need a visa to travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates?
